The lighthouse

The lighthouse, called as the first net zero carbon house in the UK, is also the first to attain level six in the Code for Sustainable Homes, which indicates that it is carbon neutral. Solar panel, solar rubes, ventilation chimneys, and biomass boiler are applied to this two-bedroom 2-1/2 story house which annual energy bill is around 31 pounds.
